Leadbot stands in front of Cookie banner, what can I do to change that?

It may happen that the Leadbot falls for the Cookie banner and especially for the buttons. There are a number of things you can do. In this manual I provide 3 possible solutions to this problem.

1. You can set that the Leadbot only appears when the Cookie settings have been accepted.

Please note that the settings you make apply to your entire Leadinfo account, including with regard to Lead recognition.

2. It is possible to set a trigger for the Leadbot on the website. With the Trigger you can automatically open the Leadbot on the website after X number of seconds.

3. It is possible to place the Leadbot on the left or right of your website and also a number of pixels up or to the side. You can set this separately for mobile and desktop.
