For example, if your company has an account with Leadinfo, and the billing address is set to "Rivium Quadrant 141, Capelle aan den IJssel," we use this address to calculate the distance shown in the inbox. It doesn't matter from which location you visit the inbox; we will always use the billing address we have on file to determine the distance. **Good to know 💡** Are you a Leadinfo partner? Even if you are visiting your customer's inbox, the distance will always be calculated from your own billing address.
