Location distance in the inbox
How is the distance of a visitor calculated?
The distance is determined based on the known location of your company. For example, if your company has an account with Leadinfo, and the billing address is set to "Rivium Quadrant 141, Capelle aan den IJssel," we use this address to calculate the distance shown in the inbox.
It doesn't matter from which location you visit the inbox; we will always use the billing address we have on file to determine the distance.
How can I view my billing address?
You can view and update your billing address in the Leadinfo settings. Simply go to Account and Billing to see the address we have on file.
Good to know 💡 Are you a Leadinfo partner?
Even if you are visiting your customer's inbox, the distance will always be calculated from your own billing address. This means your customer will see a different distance than you, as the calculation is based on your location, not theirs.
