[WhatsApp Business](https://help.leadinfo.com/en/leadinfo-leadbot?hsLang=en#whatsapp-business) # Use WhatsApp Business on multiple devices ## Activate WhatsApp Business on multiple devices 👉  Linking Whatsapp Business to multiple computers 👉  Linking Whatsapp Business to multiple phones ### WhatsApp Business on multiple computers To activate WhatsApp Business on multiple computers, go through the following steps: 1. Open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. 2. Go to **Settings** at the bottom right. 3. Click on the item: **Linked devices**. 4. Press **Link a device** to scan the QR code 5. You can now activate WhatsApp on 4 computers by scanning the QR code. **2 ways to activate WhatsApp with QR code on your computer:** 1. Open WhatsApp in the browser: [https://web.whatsapp.com/](https://web.whatsapp.com/) and scan the QR code. 2. This allows you to authorize colleagues to be reachable in the same number from a second phone for questions that come in via Whatsapp Business. First, make sure you [install WhatsApp Business](https://help.leadinfo.com/en/install-whatsapp-business?hsLang=en) on the first phone. Then follow the steps below to activate WhatsApp Business on an additional phone: #### **How do you link WhatsApp Business to multiple phones?** 1. Go to the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/whatsapp-business/id1386412985) or [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whatsapp.w4b) on the **second** phone. 2. Search for **WhatsApp Business** and install the app. 3. Open WhatsApp Business on the second phone. 4. Go through the questions until a phone number is asked. 5. Tap the three dots at the top right and choose **Link as companion device**. Go to the first phone on which WhatsApp Business is already installed. 2. Open Whatsapp Business on the first phone. 3. In the lower right corner, go to **Settings** or the **Menu**. 4. Click on the item: **Linked devices**. 5. Press **Link device**. 6. Scan the QR code on your second phone. 7. Name the newly paired device and press **Save**.
