Insights is where it all starts: see which companies are visiting your website right now.

What is Insights?

Insights is the web identification product you already know - it shows you which companies visit your site, what pages they view, and how engaged they are. If you've used Leadinfo before, this is your existing experience.

Insights is reactive by nature: it surfaces companies that have already come to you.

How it fits with Leads and Discover

Leadinfo's portal is organised around three connected modules:

  • Insights: who visited you
  • Discover: who you should target next
  • Leads: the list you act on, built from either of the above

You're able to add companies you find in Insights straight to a Leads list for follow-up, either manually or automatically with a trigger. See What is Leadinfo Leads?  for how that works.

📝 Good to know: Insights is tracker-dependent - it only shows companies that visit a site with your Leadinfo tracking code installed. Discover, by contrast, doesn't require a tracker at all.
