# Wo kann ich die Auftragsvereinbarungsvertrag finden?

## Während Ihrer Testphase haben Sie dem Datenverarbeitungsprozess von Leadinfo zugestimmt. Diese Vereinbarung finden Sie auf dem Leadinfo-Portal.

Eine Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) ist eine Vereinbarung zwischen einem für die Datenverarbeitung Verantwortlichen und dem Datenverarbeiter. Sie regelt und notiert alle Informationen über die zu Geschäftszwecken verarbeiteten Daten. Für Unternehmen ist es wichtig, sich zu einem starken Datenschutz zu verpflichten, um DSGVO-konform zu sein und zu bleiben. 

In der AVV finden Sie unsere Verpflichtung und Bedingungen für Leadinfo und unsere Kunden zur Einhaltung der DSGVO-Vorschriften. 

Um Ihre Leadinfo-Testversion zu starten, haben Sie die Datenverarbeitungsvereinbarung akzeptiert. Eine Kopie dieses Dokuments finden Sie unter "**Rechtliches**" in Ihren Leadinfo-Einstellungen.
