Do you want to prevent Leadinfo users from recognizing you as a visitor? You can easily unsubscribe from our database. After unsubscribing, Leadinfo users will no longer see your website visits. There are two ways to do this: ### 1. Exclude your own visit You can exclude your own IP address via our opt-out page. When you request the opt-out, the IP address you use to visit the page will be excluded. In addition, you need to delete the cookies in your browser to make sure you are no longer recognized. **Note:** Your company may still be recognized through other IP addresses or when colleagues visit websites. ### 2. Exclude the entire company Do you want your entire organization to no longer be recognized? Then we need the domain name of your company. You can email this to **support@leadinfo.com**. Once we receive it, we will exclude the entire domain. Your future visits, as well as those of your colleagues, will then no longer be recognized. Please note that it can take up to **48 hours** before the change is fully processed. Good to know: Unsubscribing only applies to **future visits**. Visits that have already been recognized in the past remain visible to our customers.
