This feature allows you to better organise your leads and streamline your workflow by connecting tagged companies to your CRM or other tools. #### Why is tagging useful? Tagging in Autopilot helps you organise your leads better by adding extra context to each company. This makes your CRM clearer and more efficient. Here are a couple of examples of when tagging can be particularly helpful: - **LinkedIn Connection Accepted**: When a company goes through your Autopilot flow and accepts a LinkedIn connection request, you can automatically tag them with “LinkedIn connection accepted”. - **Follow-up Required**: After a company completes all steps in your campaign, you can tag them with “To Do / Call” so you know to follow up with a phone call. These tags can then be used in your triggers to automatically transfer these leads to your CRM, including HubSpot and other platforms, allowing you to manage your follow-up activities. #### How to set up tagging in Autopilot **Step 1:** Go to the **Autopilot** section in Leadinfo. **Step 2:** Choose an existing flow or create a new Autopilot flow. **Step 3:** Add as new Action **“Tag Lead”**. **Step 4:** Choose the appropriate tag name. **Step 5:** Save and activate your Autopilot flow. #### How to set up a trigger based on tags **Step 1:** Navigate to the **Triggers** section in Leadinfo. **Step 2:** Click on **“New Trigger”**. **Step 3:** Under **Segment**, select **“Specific Companies”**. **Step 4:** Add the criterion **“Tags”** and select the tag you used in your Autopilot campaign. **Step 5:** In the **Action** section, choose your desired follow-up. For example, push all companies with the tag to yourHubSpot CRM. By combining tagging and triggers, you can fully automate and optimise your lead management process, ensuring the right follow-ups happen at the right time.
