Let op: sommige afbeeldingen kunnen tijdelijk verouderd zijn — bedankt voor je begrip!** Met onze functionaliteit bulk tagging geef in één keer een label aan al jouw leads. Wanneer je al jouw klanten in één keer het label klant wilt geven, of wanneer je eerst een andere lead generatie tool gebruikte, zorg ervoor dat je gebruik maakt van bulk tagging. **Let op:** Bulk tagging is slechts beperkt beschikbaar in het Scale-pakket (met een maximum van 500 bedrijven per bestand) en volledig beschikbaar in het Pro-abonnement. Als deze functionaliteit niet is inbegrepen in je huidige pakket en je wilt deze gebruiken, upgrade dan je account in het [Leadinfo-portaal](https://portal.leadinfo.com/). #### Hoe werkt bulk tagging? Om in een keer jouw leads een label te geven, moet je een bestand laden met verschillende datapunten. Het systeem kijkt dan naar al jouw websitebezoekers die overeenkomen met de data in jouw bestand. In jouw bestand moet op zijn minst één van de volgende data aanleveren: - Domein - E-mailadres - Telefoonnummer - Land code ([ISO Alpha 2](https://www.iban.com/country-codes)) - KvK-nummer   **Note 📝 ** De landcode is verplicht om aan te leveren! Let er wel op dat het bestand voldoet een [de juiste voorwaarden](https://help.leadinfo.com/migration/nl/bulk-tagging#voorwaarden). Om het bestand te laden, ga je in de portal naar "**Instellingen**" vervolgens klik je links in het menu op "**Bulk tagging**". Klik hier op de knop "**Bestand laden**".   ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Group%2035-png-1.png?width=576&name=Group%2035-png-1.png)   Je ziet direct een pop-up verschijnen waar je jouw bestand kunt laden. Alle bedrijven in jouw bestand die **jouw website hebben bezocht** of die **jouw website nog gaan bezoeken** zullen het label ontvangen die je hebt geselecteerd. Wij bieden ook de optie om de labels te verwijderen bij de bedrijven. Klik op de knop "**Revert**" naast het bestandje dat je hebt geladen. #### Status van de bestanden Je kunt de status van elk bestand die je geladen hebt bekijken om te zien of het bestand al geladen is of dat er geen matches zijn gevonden. Dit zijn de verschillen statussen die je bestand kan hebben: **Nog te verwerken:** Het systeem verwerkt momenteel eerst andere bestanden **Aan het verwerken:** Het systeem is momenteel nog bezig met het verwerken van het bestand **Niets gematcht:** De gegevens zijn niet correct of niet voldoende voor Leadinfo om een match te maken met bedrijven **Succesvol:** Het bestand is succesvol geladen en de bedrijven zijn getagd **Reverted:** De bedrijven zijn losgekoppeld van de labels. ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Schermafbeelding%202021-12-31%20om%2009-42%201%20(1)-png-1.png?width=301&name=Schermafbeelding%202021-12-31%20om%2009-42%201%20(1)-png-1.png) #### Aanlevervoorwaarden bestand Hoe meer informatie je aanlevert in je bestand, hoe beter wij de match kunnen maken. Wanneer je niet alle informatie hebt van het bedrijf moet je alsnog wel alle headers toevoegen in het bestand. Zonder de headers en de country code kunnen wij het bestand niet laden of een accurate match maken. Naast het aanleveren van de alle juiste kolommen, moet je ervoor zorgen dat je bestand: - Een .csv bestand is. - Alleen één sheet heeft. - Minder dan 250000 rijen en 1000 kolommen bevat - kleiner is dan 6 MB - UTF-8 geëncodeerd is wanneer er gebruik gemaakt wordt van speciale tekens - Alle headers bevat Om het je makkelijk te maken, kun je onze template downloaden!
