Het Synchronisatie overzicht in Leadinfo stelt je in staat om de status bij te houden van data die vanuit Leadinfo naar je gekoppelde CRM-systeem zijn verzonden. Dit is vooral handig om te controleren welke bedrijven, deals en taken zijn gesynchroniseerd en aangemaakt, handmatig of via automatische triggers. Of je nu wilt nagaan of een bedrijf naar je CRM is gestuurd, synchronisatieproblemen wilt oplossen, of je precies wilt zien welke gegevens zijn verzonden: met de Integratie Wachtrij heb je altijd een helder overzicht en volledige controle. #### Wat je kunt zien in het Synchronisatie overzicht Je opent het synchronisatie overzicht door in de instellingen van Leadinfo naar "Gekoppelde Integraties" te navigeren. Kies vervolgens jouw CRM-systeem en klik op "Sync-overview''. ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-27-2025-11-06-42-1156-AM.png?width=675&height=102&name=image-png-Jun-27-2025-11-06-42-1156-AM.png) Voor elke synchronisatievermelding zie je: - De **bedrijfsnaam** - De **status** van de synchronisatie - De **datum** waarop de synchronisatie is gestart - Een **actiekop** om lopende synchronisaties te verwijderen     ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-27-2025-11-12-57-7539-AM.png?width=541&height=221&name=image-png-Jun-27-2025-11-12-57-7539-AM.png)   Dit overzicht maakt het eenvoudig om elk synchronisatie-evenement bij te houden. Als je bijvoorbeeld handmatig een bedrijf naar je CRM hebt gestuurd, maar later beseft dat dit niet had gemoeten, kun je deze verwijderen, zolang deze nog niet volledig is verwerkt.     **Goed om te weten 📝** Zodra een synchronisatie volledig is verwerkt en de status ''Verwerkt'' heeft, zijn de gegevens al naar je CRM verzonden. Helaas kun je deze dan niet meer via Leadinfo verwijderen. Geen zorgen, je kunt de verwijdering eenvoudig binnen je CRM regelen!   #### **Synchronisatiestatussen uitgelegd** Alle gegevens die naar je CRM worden verzonden, doorlopen een aantal statussen in de wachtrij: - **Te verwerken** De synchronisatie is aangemaakt en wacht op verwerking door Leadinfo. - **Bezig met verwerken** Leadinfo is actief bezig met het synchroniseren van de gegevens naar je CRM. Dit kan enige tijd duren, vooral bij grote hoeveelheden data of meerdere velden. - **Verwerkt** De gegevens zijn succesvol verzonden en zijn nu zichtbaar in je CRM. Je kunt op de bedrijfsnaam klikken om een gedetailleerd overzicht te openen van welke gegevensvelden zijn verzonden. - **Fout** Er is iets misgegaan tijdens de synchronisatie. In dat geval verschijnt er een uitroepteken naast de synchronisatievermelding.   ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-27-2025-11-14-58-5934-AM.png?width=508&height=100&name=image-png-Jun-27-2025-11-14-58-5934-AM.png)   Om snel de foutmeldingen te vinden: **Stap 1:** Open het Synchronisatie-overzicht **Stap 2:** Gebruik de statusfilter en selecteer "Fout" **Stap 3:** Alle mislukte synchronisatiepogingen worden nu getoond, inclusief specifieke foutmeldingen Soms kan de fout ook veroorzaakt worden door een algemeen probleem me de CRM integratie,  Je kunt eenvoudig dit soort foutmelding controleren via het overzicht onder "Instellingen". Mocht er een probleem zijn dat de gehele integratie beïnvloedt, dan krijg je een duidelijke foutmelding te zien. Zodra je het probleem hebt geïdentificeerd en opgelost, ga je terug naar het Synchronisatie-overzicht en klik je op de knop ''**Opnieuw proberen''**.     ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-27-2025-12-00-26-3191-PM.png?width=172&height=102&name=image-png-Jun-27-2025-12-00-26-3191-PM.png) **Goed om te weten 📝** Nadat je het probleem hebt opgelost, kun je eenvoudig alle gegevens die eerder niet zijn gesynchroniseerd opnieuw verzenden. Er gaat geen data verloren. #### **Gedetailleerde synchronisatiegegevens bekijken** Zodra een synchronisatie de status "verwerkt" heeft, kun je met een klik op de bedrijfsnaam uitgebreide informatie bekijken over de gegevens die zijn verzonden. Hier vind je een overzicht van elk gegevenspunt dat is gesynchroniseerd, zodat je precies kunt zien welke informatie in jouw CRM is beland.
