Als deze records niet bestaan, worden ze automatisch aangemaakt. **Let op:** - E-mails groter dan 2 MB worden niet gelogd naar de meeste CRM-systemen. - Deze functionaliteit is mogelijk niet beschikbaar als je CRM geen ondersteuning voor BCC-logging biedt. ### Hoe voeg je een BCC-adres toe in Autopilot Je kunt een BCC-adres toevoegen voor elke campagne, maar let op dat dit niet als een algemene instelling wordt beheerd en elke keer opnieuw moet worden toegevoegd. 1. Selecteer in je Autopilot-account de campagne waarvan je de emails wilt loggen. 2. Klik bovenaan op **Instellingen**. 3. Scroll naar beneden naar **Extra BCC-ontvangers toevoegen**. 4. Voer je CRM BCC-adres in en druk op **Enter**. 5. Sla de campagne op. ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-11-22%20at%2013-36-33-png.png?width=688&height=131&name=Screenshot%202024-11-22%20at%2013-36-33-png.png) ### Vereisten om e-mails te loggen in je CRM Om e-mails te loggen in je CRM, moet je e-mail voldoen aan de volgende criteria: #### E-mailadres van de afzender - Moet een gebruiker in je CRM-account zijn. - Moet een van je gekoppelde persoonlijke e-mails zijn. - Kan een alias in je e-mailclient zijn. #### E-mailadres van de ontvanger - Mag niet in een "Nooit loggen"-lijst staan. - Mag niet eerder permanent zijn verwijderd. #### GDPR-naleving - Als GDPR-privacy-instellingen zijn ingeschakeld in je CRM, moet je een wettelijke basis hebben om met de e-mailontvangers te communiceren. ### Waar vind je je BCC-adres Hieronder staan de richtlijnen voor het ophalen van je BCC-adres in de meest voorkomende CRM-systemen. #### HubSpot 1. Klik in je HubSpot-account op het **Instellingen**-icoon in de bovenste navigatiebalk. 2. Navigeer in het linkermenu naar **Objecten** > **Activiteiten**. 3. Klik op het tabblad **E-mail logging**. 4. Log in op Salesforce. 2. Zoek je gebruikersnaam in de rechterbovenhoek en selecteer **Mijn instellingen** in het dropdownmenu. 3. Klik op **E-mail** onder **Mijn instellingen** en selecteer **Mijn E-mail naar Salesforce**. 4. Selecteer naar welke records je e-mails wilt associëren en klik op **Opslaan**. 5.
