In sommige gevallen wil je voorkomen dat jouw eigen bedrijf zichtbaar is in je Leadinfo-inbox. Bijvoorbeeld om te voorkomen dat je teamleden het per ongeluk behandelen als een nieuwe lead, of simpelweg om overzicht te houden in je resultaten. Gelukkig biedt Leadinfo hiervoor twee eenvoudige manieren, die je beide binnen enkele klikken kunt instellen. Via de Leadinfo instellingen De eerste manier om jouw eigen bedrijf uit te sluiten, is door gebruik te maken van een specifieke instelling binnen de Leadinfo instellingen. Zo pak je het aan: **Stap 1:** Ga naar "**Instellingen**". **Stap 2:** Scroll naar beneden naar "**Voorkeuren**". **Stap 3:** Onder "**Voorkeuren**" vink je de optie "**Toon eigen bedrijf in overzichten**" uit *Deze instelling is alleen van toepassing op jouw eigen account. Dit betekent dat je alleen je eigen bedrijf verbergt in je inbox en niet in de inbox van je collega's.* ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hubfs/Group%2076-png-1.png) ### 2. Je eigen bedrijf verbergen via het label "Verborgen" Een tweede manier om je eigen bedrijf te verbergen uit de inbox, is door het label **"Verborgen"** toe te wijzen. Hiermee zorg je ervoor dat het bedrijf niet meer standaard in de inbox verschijnt, maar nog wel terug te vinden is onder het betreffende label. **Stap 1:** Open de Inbox in Leadinfo. **Stap 2:** Zoek en klik op jouw eigen bedrijf in het overzicht. **Stap 3:** Klik op **"Label toevoegen"** en wijs het label **"Verborgen"** toe. ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-25-2025-12-18-35-1032-PM.png?width=551&height=361&name=image-png-Apr-25-2025-12-18-35-1032-PM.png) Zodra je dit label hebt toegevoegd, verdwijnt het bedrijf direct uit de inbox-weergave.
