Wanneer je gebruik maakt van Google Ads, kun je je Google Ads-account direct koppelen via de instellingen in het portaal. Zodra de koppeling is gemaakt, kunnen alle Google Ads-gegevens worden opgehaald, zodat je kunt bijhouden van welke campagne de bezoekers afkomstig zijn en welke zoekwoorden zij hebben gebruikt om op je website terecht te komen. Het kan echter voorkomen dat je een melding tegenkomt in het bezoekersprofiel binnen Leadinfo. De specifieke melding die je kunt zien is: "No data available in your Google Ads account, mostly caused by bookmarked 'gclid's." Deze melding betekent dat er op dit moment geen gegevens opgehaald kunnen worden uit het gekoppelde Google Ads-account. Er kunnen verschillende redenen voor dit probleem zijn, volg onderstaande stappen om het probleem op te lossen: **Stap 1:** Zorg voor adminrechten Het gekoppelde Google Ads-account moet adminrechten hebben binnen het Google Ads-account. Zorg ervoor dat het account dat je gebruikt de juiste machtigingen heeft om gegevens uit Google Ads op te halen. **Stap 2:** Zet URL-parameters aan in de Leadinfo-instellingen Controleer de Leadinfo-instellingen om ervoor te zorgen dat URL-parameters zijn ingeschakeld. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de Google Ads URL correct wordt vastgelegd.   **![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-24-2025-10-59-24-6615-AM.png?width=538&height=375&name=image-png-Feb-24-2025-10-59-24-6615-AM.png)** **Stap 3:** Zet auto-tagging aan in Google Ads Auto-tagging moet zijn ingeschakeld binnen je Google Ads-account om de juiste tracking van gegevens te garanderen. Meer informatie over hoe je auto-tagging inschakelt, kun je eenvoudig in [dit](https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/3095550?hl=en) artikel terug vinden.   **Stap 4:** Vernieuw de integratie Na het doorlopen van de bovenstaande stappen is het belangrijk om de Google Ads-integratie binnen Leadinfo te vernieuwen.
