Dan kan het gebeuren dat je een out of office-bericht ontvangt als reactie op je mail. Geen zorgen, Autopilot herkent dit automatisch en pauzeert het contact direct binnen de campagne. ### Waarom wordt een contact gepauzeerd? Wanneer een lead aangeeft tijdelijk afwezig te zijn, heeft het weinig zin om op korte termijn verdere opvolging te doen. Daarom zet Autopilot het contact automatisch op pauze zodra er een out of office binnenkomt. ### Zo vind je deze contacten terug **Stap 1:** Navigeer in Autopilot naar de sectie ''**Te reviewen**''. **Stap 2:** Kies de eigenaar van de campagne en gebruik de filteroptie om alleen de contacten met de status “**Is gepauzeerd”** weer te geven. ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-10-2025-02-48-00-4788-PM.png?width=668&height=134&name=image-png-Apr-10-2025-02-48-00-4788-PM.png) **Stap 3:** Klik op het specifieke contact dat je in de campagne mist. Je bepaalt zelf wat je met deze contacten wilt doen. Een paar voorbeelden: - **Voeg de lead opnieuw toe aan de campagne** zodra de afwezigheid voorbij is. - **Plan een opvolgactie op een later moment** als de out of office langer duurt. - **Laat het contact gepauzeerd staan** tot je zelf een actie wilt ondernemen.
