Wanneer de website bezoeker een bericht stuurt via Whatsapp op je website, dan wordt dat bericht doorgezet naar de Whatsapp omgeving. Volgens je website & het Leadinfo systeem is het dan een submissie (verzonden bericht / aanvraag), maar de bezoeker dient in de whatsapp omgeving nog wel op verzenden drukken om het bericht daadwerkelijk te versturen. Bezoeker stelt zijn vraag in Whatsapp -\> bericht versturen via mobiel dan kiest de bezoeker voor de **[QR code te scannen](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/whatsapp-module-whatsapp-qr-code?hsLang=nl)** of bericht versturen via Whatsapp op de desktop dan kiest de bezoeker voor de knop onder de QR code '**Open Whatsapp Web**' -\> bezoeker gaat door naar de Whatsapp omgeving en moet in deze omgeving nog wel op de verzendknop drukken. Dit zou kunnen doordat de klant een naam, bedrijf of andere gegevens heeft achtergelaten. Hiervoor kan je ook heel goed het **Whatsapp Formulier** gebruiken. Op die manier kan je ook net wat makkelijker een bezoeker bereiken, ook als het whatsapp bericht niet is binnen gekomen.
