Het kan soms gebeuren dat je een actieve Autopilot campagne hebt, maar dat er niets lijkt te gebeuren. Leads komen misschien helemaal niet in de campagne terecht of lijken te blijven hangen in een specifieke stap. Als jouw campagne weinig activiteit laat zien, zijn er een aantal punten die je zelf kunt controleren. #### 1\. Controleer of leads voldoen aan je trigger en persona/DMU De eerste stap is om te controleren of de bedrijven die je in de campagne verwacht daadwerkelijk voldoen aan je trigger en aan de ingestelde persona of DMU. Wanneer je een automatisering maakt om leads naar een campagne te sturen, moet je een trigger instellen en deze koppelen aan een persona of DMU. Stel dat je alleen bedrijven wilt doorsturen die een specifieke productpagina hebben bezocht. Als een bedrijf aan deze trigger voldoet, controleert Leadinfo vervolgens of er personen binnen dat bedrijf zijn die overeenkomen met de geselecteerde persona of DMU. Als er niemand binnen het bedrijf aan deze persona of DMU voldoet, worden er geen contacten opgevolgd, ook al voldeed het bedrijf aan de trigger. Het is daarom belangrijk om je triggers, DMU en persona zorgvuldig na te kijken om zeker te weten dat ze aansluiten bij de bedrijven en contactpersonen die je wilt targeten. **Leadinfo tip:** Wil je meer weten over het instellen van persona’s? Controleer of Je de E-mail- of LinkedIn-limiet Hebt Bereikt Als je triggers, persona en DMU correct zijn ingesteld, kan het zijn dat het bedrijf wel in de Autopilot-campagne terechtkomt, maar dat er alsnog geen acties worden uitgevoerd. Dit heeft vaak te maken met de ingestelde e-mail- of LinkedIn-limieten. In Leadinfo kun je instellen hoeveel e-mails en LinkedIn-acties er per dag vanuit je gekoppelde accounts mogen worden uitgevoerd. Als deze limieten erg laag zijn ingesteld, worden er per dag slechts enkele acties uitgevoerd en komen de overige leads in een wachtrij terecht om later opnieuw ingepland te worden. Het is daarom verstandig om je instellingen te controleren onder **Leadinfo Instellingen → Autopilot** en te kijken of je dagelijkse limieten hoog genoeg zijn voor het aantal leads dat je verwacht.
