Kies de gewenste Leadbot, stel de Leadbot met de tekst dat je op dit moment gesloten bent en ga naar '**Voorwaarden**'. 2. Selecteer in het menu van de targeting '**Dag**' is buiten maandag, dinsdag, woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag 3. Kies '**Tijd**' buiten 09:00 en 17:30 4. Kies bij voorwaarden nog het segment, bijvoorbeeld: **Alle website bezoekers** 5. Het zou kunnen dat jij, of je collega’s, niet in staat zijn om 's avonds berichten te beantwoorden. Hiervoor kan je een **afwezigheidsbericht instellen** in de WhatsApp Business app. **In de WhatsApp Business app kan je de openingstijden instellen.** Wanneer iemand buiten openingstijden een bericht stuurt kan je een **automatisch antwoord instellen**, bijvoorbeeld: “ *Bedankt voor je bericht. Op dit moment zijn we gesloten. De eerstvolgende werkdag zullen we je vraag beantwoorden. Vriendelijke groet, team Leadinfo*” Ook is het natuurlijk mogelijk om buiten openingstijden een Leadbot variant met een **ander nummer** in te stellen. Zodat je een bepaalde contactpersoon aan kan wijzen voor een weekend- of avond shift. ### Nieuwe Leadbot aanmaken Maak eerst een Leadbot aan waarvoor je een conditie in wilt stellen. Hierin heb je 2 opties: 1. Voeg een nieuwe template toe aan je Leadbot overzicht 2.
