Elevate your campaigns with personalized communication based on the interactions of contacts
As prospecting continues to evolve, creating conditional campaigns allows you to personalize your communication based on lead activity and engagement. Advanced campaign conditions enable you to tailor your approach, ensuring your next steps are based on specific actions taken by your prospects.
Why use campaign conditions?
Campaign conditions let you split your campaign based on certain interactions, such as email opens or LinkedIn connection statuses. This ensures your communication is timely and relevant, increasing the likelihood of engagement.
How to add conditions
1. Building your campaign
- Start by choosing an initial step in your campaign.
- When adding a new second step, you’ll see the option to add a condition in the right-side panel.
2. Choosing your condition
Select from options such as:
- Email opened
- Email clicked
- Connection request accepted
3. Setting condition specifications
- Specify the condition and set the duration for checking the activity.
- Define the wait time for the next step after the condition is met.
Example:
- You send a connection request and want to check for 4 days if it gets accepted.
- If accepted, wait an additional 2 days before sending a LinkedIn message to avoid appearing automated.
4. Defining true and false routes
Create separate paths for when a prospect meets the condition (true) or doesn’t (false).
Example:
- True Route: If the lead opens your email, send a follow-up email.
- False Route: If the lead does not open your email, send a LinkedIn connection request, followed by a message.
Customizing Your Campaigns
With various conditions available, you can set up campaigns that align with your specific preferences and campaign goals. This level of customization ensures your communications are more targeted and effective.
By incorporating advanced campaign conditions, you can enhance your prospecting efforts, making your campaigns more responsive and engaging based on real-time lead interactions.
