Autopilot branching statistics

Understand exactly where contacts drop off or convert in your sequences

In Autopilot, you can now access detailed branching statistics that reveal the percentage of your leads taking the positive (green) or negative (red) path in your campaign sequences, based on their activity engagement.

How it works

When you build a campaign with a split activity, you’ll now see exactly which contacts followed which path. This allows you to evaluate how each branch of your sequence performs and make better-informed decisions about your outreach.

Let’s say your campaign includes a LinkedIn connection request as an action:

  • If the connection request is accepted, the lead will follow the green route.

  • If the request is not accepted, the lead will follow the red route.

You can then tailor the next steps accordingly:

  • For accepted connections (green route), you might want to send a follow-up email.

  • For unaccepted connections (red route), you might want to try another LinkedIn follow-up action.

View performance per route

Once your campaign is live and contacts begin moving through the split activity, you’ll see branching statistics appear directly in the campaign. These stats display the percentage of leads that took the green or red path.

This helps you understand:

  • Which steps are performing well

  • Where prospects are dropping off

  • How you might improve engagement or conversion
