Autopilot contact enrollment in multiple campaigns

In Leadinfo Autopilot, a contact can only be enrolled in one campaign at a time. This setup prevents duplicate communication and ensures that every contact follows a clear and consistent journey.

If you’d like to add a contact that’s already part of a campaign to another one, there are two possible approaches:

  1. Transfer the contact to another campaign
    You can manually remove the contact from the current campaign and enroll them in a new one. This effectively transfers the contact without having them active in two campaigns at once. To transfer a contact to a different campaign using Autopilot, simply search for the contact by name, open their profile, click on "Add to campaign," and choose the campaign you’d like them to join.


  2. Automatically enroll after completing a campaign
    Once a contact finishes a campaign, you can configure an automation to automatically enroll them in another campaign.  You can set this up by opening an existing campaign and adding a new step to enroll the contact in another campaign. This way, the contact seamlessly continues their journey through your marketing flow. 



Keep in mind that a contact can never be active in multiple campaigns simultaneously. This restriction is in place to maintain clear communication and avoid overlapping messages or conflicting campaign logic.
