Determine which Leadbot has priority

Is a visitor eligible to view multiple Leadbots? Determine what Lead bot has the highest priority. 

If you have multiple Leadbots set up, there may be instances where a visitor qualifies to view various Leadbots. To guarantee that the appropriate visitor sees the relevant content, you have the option to establish the priority of each Leadbot by rearranging their order.

This article explains how to do so. 

Step 1: Head to your Leadbot overview list within the portal.

Step 2: Drag and drop the different forms to change the order

And that's it. The Leadbot with the highest priority will take precedence over other forms when a visitor is eligible to view multiple forms.
