With every request received via the Leadbot, a confirmation email is sent to the applicant as standard. This only happens when the applicant's email address is known.
In the Leadbot builder there is an option to disable this confirmation email. In this way, the applicant will no longer receive a confirmation email. You can indicate this separately for each form.
How to disable the confirmation email?
1. Go to the Leadbot in which you want to process this
2. Go to the correct form in the Leadbot
3. Click on 'Confirmation' and slide out the toggle at the bottom (color gray)
Why turn off confirmation emails?
Some customers would like to send their own email with their own branding, their own confirmation email or send an email with a download after leaving their details via the White Paper Leadbot. You can set up sending your own email in response to a request via the Leadbot via our Zapier integration.
Automatically send a follow-up email to your Leads
Use these zaps to have Leads automatically followed up via email in one of your campaigns. This includes making appointments, registrations, and requesting quotes. There are many possibilities here.
