With Leadinfo, you can easily gain insights into employees within an organization through the company profile. Here, you’ll find not only general information, such as names and job titles, but also direct contact details like email addresses and LinkedIn profiles. This article explains step-by-step how the email verification process works in Leadinfo.

What can you find in the Leadinfo Contacts?

In the Leadinfo contacts overview, you can find:

  1. Employee names.
  2. Employee job titles.
  3. LinkedIn profiles: By clicking the LinkedIn icon, you’ll be redirected to the LinkedIn profile of the respective employee.
  4. Email addresses (these require verification).

How does the email verification process work?

To view employees' email addresses, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the email field
Navigate to the email field next to the contact you’re interested in. Click on it to start the verification process.

Once clicked, the selected email address is verified by our system automatically.

Approval

Successful verification: If the email address is approved, a green checkmark will appear next to the field. The email address will then be displayed.

Step 2: You can immediately use this email address for follow-ups, either by copying it or contacting the employee directly.
