What is the screen recording feature?
With Leadinfo, you not only get an overview of every website visitor but also see exactly how visitors interact with your website! This enables you to identify the purchase intent of leads earlier.
Please note: Screen recording is only available in the Scale and Pro subscription package. If the screen recording functionality is not included in your current package and you wish to use it, upgrade your account in the Leadinfo portal.
How do I activate the screen recording feature?
Follow these simple steps to activate the feature:
Step 1: Log in to the Leadinfo portal and go to the ''Settings'' cog in the right hand corner.
Step 2: Scroll down to "Websites on the left side.
Step 3: Go to the "Screen recording" tab.

Step 4: Enable the toggle to turn on screen recording.

Step 5: Confirm your choice.

Can I disable the screen recording feature after enabling it?
Yes, you can disable the feature at any time by returning to the ''Screen recording'' section in the portal's settings.
