How to send Leadinfo data to other systems

While Leadinfo does not offer webhook functionality, there are several other reliable ways to send your data in a structured and automated manner to other systems. Depending on your needs and technical capabilities, you can choose from four available solutions.

In this article, we’ll walk you through how to forward your Leadinfo data using:

1. Direct CRM Integrations

Within your Leadinfo settings, you'll find a list of over 70 available integrations with popular systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, and Teamleader. If your organization already uses one of these tools, setting up a direct connection is straightforward and can be done quickly.

Once the integration is in place, leads can be automatically forwarded to your CRM. Additionally, Leadinfo can match identified companies with existing records in your CRM, saving your sales team time and enabling them to act on leads with the right context from the start.

2. Integration via Zapier or Make (Connect with 1,000+ Systems)

If your system isn’t listed among our standard integrations, you can still connect Leadinfo using middleware platforms like Zapier or Make. These tools act as a bridge between apps and support integrations with thousands of systems.

You can choose to send leads manually or automatically to Zapier or Make. From there, the platform takes care of transferring the data to your desired system.

3. Google Tag Manager DataLayer

If you’re using Google Tag Manager (GTM), it’s possible to integrate Leadinfo data through the GTM DataLayer. The DataLayer is a JavaScript object that collects information from your website and sends it to your GTM container.

You can push real-time data such as company name, Chamber of Commerce number, city, phone number, and more into GTM. This allows you to trigger specific tags or combine this data with your website analytics. This method is ideal for marketing teams working on retargeting, personalization, or conversion tracking.

4. Automated Data Delivery via SFTP

Lastly, Leadinfo offers a technical solution for companies that want to receive their data daily and automatically: a secure SFTP export. Using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), you'll receive a new file every morning containing all Leadinfo data up to the previous day.

These files can then be automatically imported into your own system. This method is especially useful for businesses that don't have access to a direct integration or a Zapier/Make connection.

Leadinfo Tip 💡 Want to learn how to set up SFTP and what it can do for you? Read this article for full details.

Good to Know 💡 The SFTP export feature is only available in our Pro package. If you'd like to use this functionality, you may need to upgrade your plan via the Leadinfo Portal.
