Set up your Leadbot email recipient

Add the email address and create channels to receive the requests from the Leadbot

You want to make sure that your Leadbot submissions are sent to the right person. This article explains how to forward the submission to the right colleague for follow-up! 

 

Step 1. Navigate to the Leadbot.

Step 2. Within the Leadbot click on 'Send to'.

Step 3. Provide the email address where you would like to receive the contact requests.

Step 4. To include more than one email address, you can add multiple recipients by simply separating the email addresses with a comma.

For example, you can input support@Leadinfo.com, sales@leadinfo.com to ensure that contact requests are received at multiple email addresses. This allows for flexibility in managing and distributing incoming requests to different team members or departments.
