Trigger the Leadbot with a timer

With this functionality you can load the Leadbot later on your website, this way you ensure that the visitor first looks at the page and then receives a notification from the Leadbot, which then attracts their attention.

👉 A Trigger increases conversion on the website enormously!

You can set the trigger on both the mobile and desktop websites. On mobile, the Leadbot takes over the entire screen. On desktop the trigger is less intrusive.

How can you set this?

1. Go to your Leadinfo account

2. Go to Leadbot and choose the Leadbot you want to set the trigger to

3. Go to 'Settings'

4. Go to 'Display behavior'

5. Here you can choose how and when you want to trigger Leadbot.

Determine when the Leadbot should appear to visitors:

  • Time on page in seconds, with this you can say: when the website visitor has been on my page for 15 seconds, I want the Leadbot to come forward.
  • Percentage scrolled on the page, with this you can say: when the visitor has scrolled 25% on a page, I want the Leadbot to come forward.

In these settings, you will also find the section with Leadbot's standard view. This allows you to set whether you want to open the Leadbot when loading or keep it closed.

The most commonly used setting for this is:
Open on Desktop

This way, when loading, the Leadbot immediately opens with the options for the customer on the desktop. On mobile, only the 'launcher' comes up with the icon. This way, mobile users can click on the 'launcher' themselves.
