Are you running a campaign and noticing that some visitors are not fully recognised in Leadinfo? There are several reasons why this might happen. Below, we explain the most common causes. #### 1. No business IP Leadinfo identifies visitors based on their business IP address. If a visitor is browsing from a private network, their visits may not be captured as a recognised company. This can often happen when individuals, by example, work from home. #### 2. Mobile network usage Many users access websites through mobile networks, which do not have connected business IP addresses. Instead, mobile connections use dynamic IP addresses, making it difficult to link the visit to a company.  #### 3. Some clicks in LinkedIn campaigns are not website visits If you are running LinkedIn campaigns, keep in mind that not all interactions count as actual website visits. Users may engage with your ad by clicking on elements like videos. Only those who click on a link leading directly to your site will be recognised by Leadinfo. #### 4. Secure URLs (HTTPS) Ensure that your website is using HTTPS instead of HTTP. Secure URLs are necessary for proper tracking and recognition of visitors. If your website is not secure, tracking scripts such as Leadinfo may not function correctly, leading to incomplete data. #### 5. Using UTM tags for better recognition To enhance tracking accuracy, use UTM tags in your campaign URLs. UTM parameters help you distinguish between different traffic sources, ensuring that Leadinfo correctly attributes visits to the right campaigns.
