      Freshsales integration

      Easily connect Leadinfo to your Freshsales environment

      You can link Leadinfo with Freshsales, so your website visits are automatically synchronized. In Freshsales, a note then is added to the company. You will have insight into the website visits of your contacts there. In addition, you have the option in the Leadinfo portal to link the company profile of a website visitor in Freshsales to an existing company, or a new company.

      Set up Freshsales integration:

      1. Log into the Leadinfo portal and go to settings.

      2. Under integrations, select "Freshsales".

      3. Enter your domain name and API key and click on "Connect to Freshsales". Note that your domain name is the url that is used to login to your freshsales account. Have you previously worked with Freshworks? Then this url is your domain name.
