Tag a Company in the Inbox from an Autopilot Campaign
When a contact from a company has gone through your Autopilot campaign, you can set up an action to automatically assign a tag to that company in your Leadinfo Inbox.
This allows you to quickly identify companies that have participated in a specific campaign, without manually checking your Autopilot flow each time.
Why tag companies?
By adding tags from your Autopilot campaigns, you can:
-
Easily filter your Inbox to see which companies are in a specific campaign.
-
Plan follow-up actions based on campaign outcomes.
-
Avoid duplicate outreach by knowing a company’s campaign status at a glance.
By example,
-
Campaign finished, no reply
-
If a company completes your outreach campaign without responding, you might want to follow up with a phone call.
-
You could set the final action in the campaign to add a tag such as:
''Campaign finished / Call'' -
Then, once a week, filter your Inbox for that tag and make your follow-up calls.
-
-
Company is currently in a campaign
-
If you want to avoid manually contacting a company while they’re still in an Autopilot sequence, you can add a tag with the title of the specific campaign, like:
''In campaign / MQL''
-
This way, you immediately see that the company is already being nurtured automatically.
-
How to assign a tag from an Autopilot Campaign
Step 1: Open your Autopilot campaign in Leadinfo.
Step 2: In your campaign flow, add an action step at the desired point.
Step 3: Select “Tag company/lead” as the action type.
Step 4: Choose an existing label or create a new one.
Step 5: Save your campaign.
From now on, any company that reaches that action step will automatically get the assigned label in your Inbox.
