With the latest update to Autopilot, every campaign now includes a Leads tab. This feature provides a clear overview of where each lead is in their journey, making it easier than ever to manage, track, and take action.
How to Access the Leads Tab
Accessing the new Leads view is simple:

Go to Autopilot in your Leadinfo account.

Click on a specific campaign.

What can you see in the Leads tab?
When you click into a specific campaign and navigate to the Leads tab, you’ll find a complete breakdown of your leads' statuses:

Active Leads: These leads are currently progressing through your campaign.

Finished or Unsubscribed: View leads who have completed the campaign journey or who have unsubscribed.

Interactions: See direct interactions, such as replies to your emails, helping you gauge engagement.

Paused Leads: Leads may be paused automatically if they:

Are missing required data.

Have an active Out of Office message.

Error Messages: Any issues that prevent a lead from progressing will be clearly displayed, allowing for quick troubleshooting.
