Can I cancel or update my Leadinfo subscription?

Would you like to stop or change your Leadinfo subscription? This article explains how to do so!

How to update your subscription

 

Leadinfo offers three types of packages: the Starter, Scale, and Pro package. Additionally, you can choose between a monthly, annual, or biennial subscription. The longer you commit, the higher the discount. If you want to switch your monthly subscription to an annual one, you can email support@leadinfo.com for further assistance. Upgrading your package can be done directly from the portal. This can be managed in the settings under the "Account & Billing" section.

How can I update my add-ons?

 

You can easily purchase or activate an add-on. The availability of an add-on depends on your package. For example, screen recording is available starting from the Scale plan. The costs of Autopilot and Leadbot depend on the package you have. On our pricing page, you can read more about which features are available for each package. If you're interested in an add-on that is not included in your current package, you can easily upgrade your subscription to the desired package from the Leadinfo portal.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?


We're sorry to see you go! But if you decide to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so through your account settings in the Leadinfo portal.


Step 1: Head to your settings and navigate to "Account & Billing" on the left side menu. 

 

Step 2: Go to your subscription details.

 

 

Step 3: Click on ''Cancel subscription''.

 

After you confirmed the cancellation request, the Customer Success team will reach out to you within 2 work days to confirm the cancellation. 

 

Please note: Leadinfo has a notice period of one month before the next invoice date. At the end of your cancellation request, you will see the data until you will have access to the Leadinfo portal.
