FAQ: How can I view my Meta Ads traffic?
At this moment, Leadinfo does not offer a direct integration with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
However, there are easy ways to make your Facebook and Instagram ads visible in Leadinfo.
In this article, we’ll explain how to do this using:
Using the Medium filter
If you want to see which companies are visiting your website via Facebook Ads, you can simply create a segment or a trigger.
-
Go to Segments or Triggers in Leadinfo.
-
When setting up a filter, choose Medium.
-
Select Paid search – Facebook ads.
You will now see all companies that visited your website via a Facebook Ads campaign.
Good to know: This filter only applies to Facebook Ads. There is no automatic filter for Instagram Ads.

Using the Page URL
If you want to track both Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, it’s better to filter by the Page URL.
Every ad link contains a unique part of the URL, also called query parameters.
These parameters are added to the end of a URL and contain information about the traffic source and campaign.
Example:
A visitor clicks through from a Facebook or Instagram campaign:
Here you can see:
-
utm_source=facebook → indicates the visit came from Facebook Ads
-
utm_campaign=pricingcampaign → shows which campaign it belongs to
How to filter this in Leadinfo:
-
To see all Facebook Ads traffic:
Filter on Page URL → contains → utm_source=facebook -
To see a specific campaign:
Filter on Page URL → contains → utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pricingcampaign
For Instagram Ads and other ad sources, the process works the same way. Always check the unique parameters in the campaign URL.
