# The website which Leadinfo is tracking is renewed, what to do?

When your website undergoes a redesign or migration, it’s important to ensure that Leadinfo continues tracking visitor activity. Below are the key steps you need to take to keep everything running smoothly.

### 1. Add the Leadinfo tracking code to your new website

Your tracking code may not automatically transfer when launching a new version of your website. Follow these steps to add it again:

- Log in to your Leadinfo account.
- Navigate to Settings \> Websites and add the tracking code to your new website. You can do this manually or automatically. For detailed instructions on implementing the tracking code, click [here](https://help.leadinfo.com/en/how-do-i-install-the-leadinfo-tracking-code-on-my-website?hsLang=en)

### 2. Verify if your domain is still the same

A domain change can impact Leadinfo tracking, so make sure:

- Your website’s domain remains the same as the one registered in Leadinfo.
- If you’ve switched to a new domain, update it in Leadinfo via **Settings \> Websites**.

### 3. Review your Leadinfo settings

A website renewal might also mean new tracking goals or settings. Ensure everything aligns with your new website setup:

- Review any filters or custom triggers to match the new site structure.
- Update company details if necessary.
