When you use Leadinfo, you may sometimes notice that certain companies appear in your report or dashboard, but not in your inbox. This can be confusing at first, but it’s related to a feature called the Hidden Tag. Here’s a closer look at how this feature works. ### What is the Hidden Tag? TheHidden Tag is a feature that allows you to manage which companies are visible in your inbox. When a company is assigned the Hidden Tag, it will be excluded from your inbox view, but it will still be counted and included in your report and dashboard. This ensures that you have an overview of all companies interacting with your website, even if you don't want to receive specific ones in your inbox. This means that even though they are hidden from the inbox, their activity (such as page views, visits, etc.) is still tracked and displayed in the relevant metrics. **Exclusion from Inbox**: - These companies are **excluded** from your inbox, so they won't appear in your notifications or as part of your real-time lead list. This is useful if you don't want to be alerted about certain companies, but still want to track their activity on your website for other purposes (e.g., analytics, reporting, etc.). ### Why would a company be Hidden? Sometimes, companies are marked as hidden because they are not potential leads for your business. This could be due to factors like their industry, company size, or existing customers. However, it can still be useful to track their activity on your website for competitive analysis or market research. This can provide insights into trends, competitor strategies, or emerging market developments.
