Zapier integration - Link Leadbot to Gmail

With Zapier you can connect the Leadinfo Leadbot with more than 3000 other applications. This makes it possible to connect the Leadbot to your Gmail account. This way you can have automatic confirmation emails sent via Zapier after completing a Leadbot form and that is just one of the many options.

How do I connect Zapier to Leadinfo & Gmail


You connect Zapier to the Leadbot in the Leadinfo account.

1. Go to the Leadbot you want to activate Zapier for

2. Go to 'Settings' and click on 'Zapier'

3. Click on 'Connect Leadinfo to Zapier'

4. Set the Trigger to 'Leadinfo' and the Event to 'Leadbot'
5. Link your Zapier account in the next step under 'Account'

6. Under Trigger, choose the Leadbot and the component you want to forward via Zapier.

For example:

Leadbot: Leadbot Premium - NEW GA4
Component: Request Quote

7. Test the Trigger and see if the desired values โ€‹โ€‹are sent in the Zap.
Standard values โ€‹โ€‹that are sent are:
Submission Timestamp -> The time and date a request was made
Submission URL -> From which page the request was made

8. Continue to step 2 and select 'Gmail'.

Log in to your Gmail account and choose your action event as: Send an Email. This depends on what your goal is with this trigger.

Examples of possibilities are:

  • Send automatic confirmation email
  • Automatically send email with brochures

9. Follow the next steps based on the selected trigger.

Suppose we take the trigger 'Send Email', then do the flowing steps:

  • Link by to the email address from the request, add this in CC or bcc if necessary
  • With From you link the email address from which you send the email
  • Subject: enter the subject here
  • Body: enter the body here
  • Add signature default: to add your signature to the email
  • Attachments: Add attachment if necessary

Then continue and test the trigger!

10. If the test is successful, the trigger is set correctly ๐ŸŽ‰

This way you can, for example, send a confirmation email to the Lead who has completed a form in the Leadbot or send a brochure to a Lead who has completed a form for a brochure.
