You connect Zapier to the Leadbot in the Leadinfo account.
1. Go to the Leadbot you want to activate Zapier for
2. Go to 'Settings' and click on 'Zapier'
3. Click on 'Connect Leadinfo to Zapier'
4. Set the Trigger to 'Leadinfo' and the Event to 'Leadbot'
5. Link your Zapier account in the next step under 'Account'
6. Under Trigger, choose the Leadbot and the component you want to forward via Zapier.
For example:
Leadbot: Leadbot Premium - NEW GA4
Component: Request Quote
7. Test the Trigger and see if the desired values โโare sent in the Zap.
Standard values โโthat are sent are:
Submission Timestamp -> The time and date a request was made
Submission URL -> From which page the request was made
8. Continue to step 2 and select 'Mailchimp'.
Log in to your Mailchimp account and choose your action event as: Send Campaign or Add a Tag to subscriber. This depends on what your goal is with this trigger.
Examples of possibilities are:
- Newsletter registrations
- Send automatic confirmation email
- Automatically send email with brochures or campaigns
9. Follow the next steps based on the selected trigger.
Suppose we take the trigger 'Add a Tag to subscriber', then we select:
- The Audience
- Tag
- Email adress: We connect the 'Email field' with the Email field from the leadbot form
10. If the test is successful, the trigger is set correctly ๐
By setting a Tag you can ensure that this lead ends up in a specific Email campaign. As a result, after entering their information in the Leadbot form, they are automatically included in the process.
If you want the standard confirmation email from the Leadinfo system to be disabled, you can use the following manual: Disable confirmation email
