Contact cards in Autopilot

With the Contact Cards in Autopilot, you can now view every step processed per contact, directly in the sidebar. The new Contact Detail View gives you a complete overview of your contact’s journey, all in one place.

How to access a Contact Card

Step 1: Go to the Autopilot functionality

Step 2: Click on All Leads.

Step 3: Search for or select a specific contact.

Step 4: A sidebar will open on the right-hand side of your screen.


This sidebar contains all key information related to the selected contact, divided into three main sections.

Contact Details

Here you can find:

  • The contact’s name and job title

  • Email address and LinkedIn profile

  • The company the contact works for

This section gives you a quick but detailed summary of who the contact is and where they work.

Activity Overview

This section helps you track the contact's interactions:

  • Has the contact received and opened your email?

  • Has the contact accepted your LinkedIn request?

It offers valuable insight into how engaged the contact is with your outreach efforts.

Campaign Progress

This is where the functionality truly shines.

  • See which steps in your Autopilot campaign the contact has completed.

  • View the current step the contact is in.

  • If a contact was removed from the campaign, you’ll see:

    • When and why the contact was removed

This transparency allows you to make informed decisions and take additional steps if needed, like re-adding the contact to a campaign or following up manually.

The Contact Cards in Autopilot gives you a complete picture of a contact's journey, so you can follow up with precision and improve campaign performance.
