Zorg ervoor dat de gebruikers in jouw Leadinfo account focussen op de leads die voor hen belangrijk zijn. Beperk de rechten en de toegang door gebruik te maken van Gebruikersrollen en toegangsrechten. Dit artikel legt uit hoe je de gebruikersrollen toewijst aan gebruikers en wat de verschillende gebruikersrollen zijn.     **Let op:** Gebruikersrollen zijn alleen beschikbaar in het Scale- en Pro-abonnementspakket. Als de gebruikersrollen niet zijn inbegrepen in je huidige pakket en je deze wilt gebruiken, upgrade dan je account in het [Leadinfo-portaal](https://portal.leadinfo.com/). ### Wat zijn gebruikersrollen? Binnen Leadinfo zijn er drie verschillende gebruikersrollen. Als Admin kun je specificeren welke rollen de gebruiker moet hebben wanneer je [collega's toevoegt](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/hoe-voeg-ik-een-nieuwe-gebruiker-toe-aan-mijn-leadinfo-account?hsLang=nl) aan het Leadinfo account.  - **Admin:** Heeft volledige toegang tot alle Leadinfo functies en beheert de account instellingen zoals Account & Facturatie, gebruikersbeheer en het instellen van integraties. - **Regulier:** Heeft toegang tot Leadinfo functionaliteiten. Heeft geen toegang tot accountinstellingen zoals Account & Facturatie, gebruikersbeheer en het instellen van integraties. - **View:** Kan alleen leads inzien. **Goed om te weten 💡:** Admins kunnen de toegang tot bepaalde trackingcodes en labels beperken voor de gebruikersrollen Regular en View.  ### Wat zijn Toegangsrechten? Met toegangsrechten beperk je de toegang van gebruikers tot specifieke domeinen en/of labels die toegewezen zijn aan bedrijven. Een voorbeeld: Met toegangsrechten kan je een collega alleen bedrijven in laten zien die het label "Hot Lead" hebben.  - **Website Toegang:** Bepaal tot welk data gebruikers toegang moeten hebben. Handig wanneer er verschillende websites in één Leadinfo account zitten. - **Label Toegang:** Bepaal welke bedrijven zichtbaar zijn voor gebruikers. Geef toegang tot bedrijven die een specifiek label hebben. Zo kan een gebruiker enkel de bedrijven met het label "Hot leads" in zien. Handig wanneer je verschillende sales-collega's verantwoordelijk zijn voor verschillende regio's. ### Hoe wijs ik gebruikersrollen & toegangsrechten toe? Wijzig of voeg gebruikers rollen toe in de gebruikersinstellingen van je Leadinfo account. **Stap 1:** Ga naar "**Instellingen**" en selecteer "**Gebruikers**"aan de linkerkant. **Step 2:** Ga met je muis over de gebruikers die je wilt wijzigen en selecteer"**Wijzig**". ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hubfs/Group%20823-png.png) **Stap 3:** Onder "**Toegangsrechten**" bepaal je de rol die de gebruiker moet hebben. ![](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202023-01-23%20at%2008-50-png.png?width=400&height=396&name=Screenshot%202023-01-23%20at%2008-50-png.png) Wanneer je gebruikers de rollen Regular of View toewijst, heb je de mogelijkheid om de toegangrechten van deze gebruikers te beperken.
