# Google Analytics 4 - Gebeurtenissen

In dit artikel vind je meer informatie over welke mogelijkheden er zijn, en wat handig is om te gebruiken in welke situatie. 

### Verschillende conversie mogelijkheden in Google Analytics 4

In de [Leadinfo - Tracking events sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Rg17LM_aJKUAb4tB_TGi0BSmET37yQyngby4lLNpaqY/edit?usp=sharing) staan alle Leadinfo gebeurtenissen voor GA4. Hieronder meer informatie over het verschil tussen de events:

### 1. Leadinfo conversie event (basic)

De makkelijkste manier om je conversies in te stellen in Google Analytics 4, is door alle Leadinfo conversies ‘op één hoop te gooien’. We hebben een basic conversie event genaamd **'leadinfo\_conversion'**. Alle conversies die binnen Leadinfo gedaan worden, zullen als event name: **'leadinfo\_conversion'** worden doorgestuurd naar Google Analytics 4. Deze gebeurtenis kan je in GA4 als conversie instellen. Vervolgens kan je deze conversie ook gebruiken voor je Google Ads. 

2\. Advanced conversie events

Ook is het mogelijk om verschillende conversies in te stellen in Google Analytics 4. Bijv. wanneer je in de conversies onderscheid wilt maken tussen een vraag via WhatsApp of een Offerte aanvraag. Per conversie wordt er een gedetailleerd event verstuurd, die aangeeft, welk type conversie het is. Bijv. '**leadinfo\_whatsapp\_sent**' of '**leadinfo\_quote\_requested**'.

### 3. Custom conversie events

In je Leadinfo account is het mogelijk om zelf custom conversie events te benoemen in een formulier of andere widget. Dit is bijv. handig wanneer je onderscheid wilt maken tussen **Offerte aanvraag X** en **Offerte aanvraag Y**. 

Let op: wanneer je een custom conversie event instelt, wordt het **advanced** conversie event **overschreven**.

### 4. Interactie events

Voordat de conversie plaatsvindt, is het mogelijk om de interactie van de website bezoeker met Leadinfo inzichtelijk te maken. Hierdoor kan je bijv. zien op welke knoppen er het meest geklikt wordt. Of waar in de flow de meeste bezoekers afhaken. Aan de hand van deze informatie kan je de flows in de Leadbot continu optimaliseren om het maximale eruit te halen. Deze informatie kan je ook verwerken in een Google Data Studio rapportage.
