Can I send the visited pages to my CRM?

Once your CRM is connected to Leadinfo and you're forwarding leads, it’s often helpful to also view the website activity of those leads. For example, seeing which pages were visited can provide valuable context for your sales or marketing follow-ups.

Good news, when your CRM is integrated with Leadinfo, the visited page URLs and sessions are automatically forwarded. However, to ensure this information is shared correctly, there is one specific setting you need to enable.

How to enable website activity synchronization

Step 1: Navigate to your Leadinfo settings.

Step 2: Go to "Connected Integrations" and select your integrated CRM.

Step 3: Make sure the setting "Synchronise website visits" is set to "Yes".

Please note: Website activity will only be forwarded if this setting is enabled.

Where will website activity appear in your CRM?

The visited pages will be forwarded either as activities or notes within your CRM, depending on the system you're using.

  • Some CRMs support adding these as timeline activities.

  • Others (such as simpler integrations) may display them as notes.

Additional setup for some CRMs (e.g., HubSpot)

In some CRMs, such as HubSpot, you may need to apply a filter to view the website visits.

To do so:

Step 1: Open a company record within your CRM.

Step 2: Enable the "Leadinfo" filter in the activity timeline.

Step 3: The visited pages will then be displayed.

If you’ve followed these steps and still don’t see the activity, double-check the integration settings and ensure the website visits toggle is enabled. Need help? Contact our support team at support@leadinfo.com
