Export Your Leads to Excel

Export all the leads from Leadinfo to Excel. You can share these leads with your sales and marketing team for follow-up. Or use the data to analyse the companies that visit your website.

How do I Export Leads to Excel?

In the export, you will see all the companies that visited your website, ever. Easily select the columns you want to export and create filters to only export relevant leads. This article explains how you can use our Export! We'll discuss the below topics:

Select the right columns

Pick and choose on the left side what columns you need to export, or deselect columns to only export relevant information. The overview immediately changes when you (de)select a column.

Filter on period

When you haven't set up a filter for the period, Leadinfo will show all the data you've ever collected. For many of our users, exporting all the data will result in an unclear overview. Easily filter on the period on the left side.

Leadinfo will only show the companies that visited your website during the time period you've selected.

Filter on a specific page visit

Do you want to export companies that visited a certain page? Make sure to filter in the left menu on pages visited. Enter a search term or URL and click on “Apply filter”. Leadinfo will now show all the companies that visited the page.

Filter on tags

Tags do not only help you to organize your inbox, but they also help you to easily export the interesting leads to Excel. In the menu on the left side, you can filter on tags. Select the Tag and Leadinfo will show all the companies who have said tag.

If you select more than one tag, Leadinfo will show all the companies that have at least one of the selected tags.

Filter in columns

When you have selected the right columns, you can filter within the columns to narrow down the export.

For example, if you only want to export companies that are located in Paris, fill out “Paris” beneath City. Leadinfo will now only show the companies that are located in this city.

Creating an export & organising the file

When you have selected the right filters and the right columns, you can click the button "Export #### companies". A .csv file will be downloaded.

When you open the Excel file, you will see that everything is formatted in one column. You can easily adjust this by following the below steps:

Step 1: Select column A by clicking on it

Step 2: Go to the tab “Data” and select "Text to columns"

Step 3: Select “fixed width” and click “Next

Step 4: Make sure to select “Comma

Step 5: And click on complete.
