Import contacts

With the new Contact Imports feature, you can easily upload CSV files into Leadinfo and directly link these contacts to an Autopilot campaign. This allows you to get started with your automation immediately!

Step 1: Navigate to the Leadinfo settings and click on the "Contact Import" feature.

 

Step 2: Click on "Import File" and Select and upload your CSV file with leads.

 



Step 3:
Click on "Next".

Important guidelines for CSV upload

When uploading a CSV file, please keep the following requirements in mind:

  • The email address is a mandatory field.

  • All headers in the CSV template must be included, even if some columns remain empty.

  • Headers must remain in the original order of the CSV template.

  • There is a maximum of 1000 contacts per upload.

  • Only .CSV files are accepted.



Step 4: After uploading your CSV file, you have the option to take the following actions:

  • Assign a specific label to the imported contacts for better organization.
  • Directly connect the contacts to an Autopilot campaign.


Step 5: Click on "Import" to process the file. The contacts will then be automatically added to the selected campaign or assigned label.

Check status

In the "Contact Imports" feature overview, you can check the status of your imported CSV file:

  • "To be processed": The file is currently being processed.

  • Successful Import: You will see how many contacts were successfully uploaded.

  • Error File Available: If certain email addresses were incorrect, you can download an error file with details on which contacts were not imported and why.
