This article provides an overview of the most frequently asked questions about the Integration synchronization process
What is the synchronization process?
If your organization uses a CRM system, you can easily connect it with Leadinfo via the settings. Leadinfo offers direct integrations with over 70 systems, making it likely that your CRM is supported. To establish the connection, it’s important to link an account with the proper admin rights within your CRM. Once you’ve entered the required details, the synchronization process will begin. This means that Leadinfo and your CRM system will be linked, and the available data will be automatically imported.
How long does the synchronization process take?
The synchronization process typically takes a maximum of 1 hour. However, the duration depends on the amount of data in your CRM. If your CRM contains a large amount of data, the process may take longer than if there is minimal information to synchronize.
Can information be exchanged during the synchronization process?
During the synchronization process, no information can be exchanged. This means you cannot send leads from Leadinfo to your CRM while the connection is being established and data is being imported. Only after the synchronization is fully complete will the integration be active, allowing you to start using the connected data.
The synchronization process is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
If the synchronization process takes longer than 1 hour, we recommend disconnecting the integration and trying again. This can resolve issues caused by unexpected delays.
The synchronization process has failed. What should I do?
Occasionally, the synchronization process may fail. If this happens, the integration will be removed, and an error message will appear. Based on the error message, you can take specific steps to resolve the issue.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue after following the steps above, don’t hesitate to contact our Support team at support@leadinfo.com. We’re happy to assist you further.
