Triggers: Trigger on deal stage

Assign tags or receive a notification based on the deal stage your website visitor is in!

You've connected your CRM to Leadinfo and can now send interesting leads over to your CRM environment. But there are more possibilities. You can also create a trigger based on the deal stage your website visitor is in, which can be useful to prioritise outreach for companies who have churned, or those who have received a quote.

How does it work?

Once you've set up the CRM integration, you can connect your website visitors to companies in your CRM. Leadinfo will then retrieve the deals connected to this company. Allowing you trigger on the current deal stage a website visitor is in.

Set up your trigger

Step 1: To set up your trigger go to "Trigger" and create a new trigger.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu below Rules, select the integration you've connected.

Step 3: Select what stage your website visitor needs to be in.

Step 4: Determine what action you'd like to execute. Among others, you can assign a tag or get notified via e-mail.

And that's it. You've successfully set up a trigger based on the stage your website visitor is in.
