I've connected the Zoho to Leadinfo, but no data is retrieved in Leadinfo
When you've just connected Zoho to Leadinfo it can take a while before all data is synchronized. Depending on the amount of data, it can take a few minutes up to an hour.
If the data is still not visible after a while, you'll need to check if the account you have connected has the correct permissions within Zoho. You can change these permissions by following the below steps:
Step 1: In Zoho navigate to "Setup".
Step 2: Below "Users and Control" select "Security Control".
Step 3: Check if the account you've connected has the right profile rules.
Step 4: To edit a profile, click on the corresponding profile
Step 5: Scroll down to "Zoho CRM API Access" and enable this permission
I've connected the Zoho to Leadinfo, but when I create a new company from Leadinfo it does not appear in Zoho
You've set up your integration, and you can connect website visitors to existing companies within Zoho. However, you cannot create new companies from Leadinfo in your Zoho account. When this happens in your account, check if you have enable the module Leads.
Step 1: In Zoho navigate to "Setup".
Step 2: Below "Customization" select "Modules and Fields".
Step 3: Click on "Organize Modules" in the top right corner
Step 4: From the entire list you can select what modules you'd like to show or hide.
