Dit omvat zowel persoonlijke als professionele gegevens, zoals naam, e-mailadres, functietitel en social-profiel-URL’s. Let op: Contact Push is alleen beschikbaar in het Pro-abonnement. Als deze functie niet in uw huidige abonnement is inbegrepen en u er gebruik van wilt maken, kunt u uw account upgraden via het [Leadinfo portal](https://portal.leadinfo.com/). [Spotler](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/spotler-integratie?hsLang=nl) Als u geen CRM gebruikt, kunt u de contactgegevens ook via [Zapier](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/integratie-met-zapier?hsLang=nl) versturen. #### Welke datavelden kunnen worden gepusht? - Voornaam - Achternaam - E-mailadres \> Verplicht - Functietitel - Afdeling - Land - LinkedIn (URL) - Xing (URL) - Twitter (URL) **Goed om te weten 📝**: Een contact kan alleen naar een CRM worden gepusht wanneer er een relatie met een bedrijf bestaat. Als het bedrijf nog niet in het CRM aanwezig is, moet de gebruiker eerst het bedrijf koppelen of aanmaken voordat het contact kan worden gepusht. #### Hoe stel je de contact push in? 1. Het tabblad “**Contacten**” verschijnt automatisch. 3. Standaardvelden (Voornaam, Achternaam, E-mail) zijn vooraf ingeschakeld; breid deze indien nodig uit. 5. Start met het handmatig pushen van contacten of via triggers. **Let op:** Als je **HubSpot** gebruikt, moet je bij stap 2 de secundaire HubSpot-integratie verbinden vanuit het tabblad “Contacten”. Om contact push met HubSpot te gebruiken, moet u ook een secundaire integratie koppelen, specifiek voor contacten. Ga naar **Inbox → Bedrijfsprofiel.** 2. Zoek het gewenste contact met behulp van de zoek- en filteropties: - Zoek op naam of functietitel - Filter op land - Filter op afdeling 3. Bevestig de contact push. ##### ![contact push confirm helpcentre](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/contact%20push%20confirm%20helpcentre.png?width=670&height=318&name=contact%20push%20confirm%20helpcentre.png) ##### Geautomatiseerde push (via [Triggers](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/hoe-stel-ik-een-trigger-in?hsLang=nl)) Gebruikers kunnen contact pushes automatiseren met behulp van het Leadinfo trigger-systeem. Hiervoor is het gebruik van een Persona- (via de [Persona Builder](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/persona?hsLang=nl)) of Decision Making Unit-filter vereist, op dezelfde manier als je een persona of DMU kiest voor Autopilot. ![contact push trigger helpcentre](https://help.leadinfo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/contact%20push%20trigger%20helpcentre.png?width=670&height=347&name=contact%20push%20trigger%20helpcentre.png) **Let op:** Er kunnen maximaal 5 contacten per bedrijf via triggers worden gepusht. In je [sync-overzicht](https://help.leadinfo.com/nl/het-synchronisatie-overzicht?hsLang=nl) kun je alle informatie bekijken die naar het CRM is verzonden. Hier zie je of de data succesvol is overgezet of dat er eventuele fouten zijn opgetreden. #### AVG-compliance - **Documentatie en transparantie:** Door de functie Contact Push in te schakelen, wordt uw organisatie verantwoordelijk voor het documenteren van de gronden waarop gegevens worden verwerkt en de specifieke doeleinden van de verwerking. De transparantieverplichtingen uit artikel 14 AVG kunnen op uw organisatie van toepassing zijn. Een praktische manier om hieraan te voldoen is het bijwerken van uw privacyverklaring, zodat bezoekers weten dat hun gegevens mogelijk worden gedeeld met uw CRM. Overige gegevenspunten zijn optioneel en indien nodig configureerbaar. Het inschakelen van aanvullende persoonsgegevens dient in lijn te zijn met de gedocumenteerde rechtsgrondslag en de informatie die aan bezoekers wordt verstrekt. - **Koppeling aan een bedrijf:** Contacten kunnen alleen worden doorgestuurd wanneer ze in het CRM aan een bedrijf zijn gekoppeld. - **Audittrail:** Het [synchronisatieoverzicht](https://help.leadinfo.com/en/sync-overview?hsLang=en) biedt een volledig overzicht van welke contacten wanneer zijn doorgestuurd, ter ondersteuning van uw verantwoordingsverplichtingen.         **Let op📝 :** De inhoud van dit artikel vormt geen juridisch advies.
