# Hoe werkt Liquid Content?

Om Liquid Content goed te kunnen gebruiken, is het belangrijk om uitgebreide web development kennis te hebben. Leadinfo biedt geen extra ondersteuning om Liquid Content te implementeren.

Met Liquid Content kun jij de content van jouw website aanpassen op basis van jouw websitebezoeker. Verwerk bedrijfsnamen in jouw tekst of verwijs de websitebezoeker automatisch door naar een andere pagina.

#### **Hoe werkt Liquid Content?**

Om Liquid Content toe te passen op je website heb je wel wat technische kennis nodig. Je moet namelijk onze API aanroepen op jouw website. Onderstaand vind je een voorbeeld code met jQuery.

Je hebt alleen toegang tot onze API (https://api.leadinfo.com/v1/identify) wanneer je via de portal Liquid Content hebt aangeschaft. Jouw website wordt dan toegevoegd aan onze whitelist.

Bovenstaand voorbeeld is voor het jQuery framework. Voor meer mogelijkheden van jQuery verwijzen we je naar de [jQuery documentatie](https://api.jquery.com/category/selectors/). Ben je gewend om een ander JavaScript framework te gebruiken, dan is dit ook mogelijk.

#### **Hier moet je op letten bij de implementatie van Liquid Content**

Er zijn een paar zaken waar je op moet letten als je Liquid Content implementeert.

Wanneer je een leeg response terugkrijgt, herkennen wij het bedrijf niet. Wanneer wij het bedrijf wel herkennen heb je toegang tot de volgende gegevens:

| Totaal aantal medewerkers (incl. bedrijfsgroep) | employees\_total |
| Geschatte omzet | sales\_volume |
| Jaar van oprichting | founding\_date |
| Juridische entiteit | legal\_form |

Het antwoord vanuit de API kan in XML of JSON zijn. Dit is afhankelijk van de HTTP-header '**accept**'. Wanneer deze niet aanwezig is, stuurt Leadinfo een JSON terug.

Verder moet de endpoint via JavaScript op de website aangeroepen worden! Het is dus belangrijk dat dit plaatsvindt aan de front-end en **niet** de backend.
