Leadinfo checks on different data points to see if a website visitor is already live in your CRM. If those data points are a 100% match, Leadinfo will automatically link these companies. 

It's up to you whether you want this done automatically or not.

How to set up automatic linking

Automatic linking is set up in a few clicks. Simple follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Navigate to "Settings" and select your CRM integration the left side


Step 2: Link your CRM integration. You will then see an overview of extra integration settings.


Step 3: Set "Automatically link recognised companies found in CRM" to Yes. 


And that's it. Leadinfo will now automatically link your website visitors to the right company in your CRM.
