How to Send Leads to Your CRM System via a Trigger?

Sending leads to your CRM system through a trigger is easy and straightforward with Leadinfo.

Step 1: Connect Your CRM System
The first step is to establish a connection with your CRM system. In the Leadinfo settings, you’ll find an overview of all the direct integrations available. From this list, you can choose your desired CRM system and connect with your system. 

Step 2: Set Up a Trigger to Automatically Send Leads
To send leads automatically, go to the Leadinfo portal and navigate to the trigger functionality. Here, you can easily select which companies you want to send to your CRM system. For example, you might choose to send only companies from the Netherlands that visited your pricing page. This ensures that you are only sending leads over that have shown clear interest in your product and pricing.

Step 3: Configure the Trigger Actions
When setting up the rules for your trigger, you can select your connected CRM system from the ''Action'' overview. Once the trigger is saved, leads will be sent automatically to your CRM system.

What Information Is Sent to My CRM System?

Using field mapping you can determine which information is forwarded from Leadinfo to your CRM system. This allows you to send over specific information such as the company name, industry, and number of employees. It is also possible to send over the interest shown on the website. The field mapping ensures that you only send over information that is crucial for your sales or marketing process.

 

Are Leads Automatically Forwarded to My CRM System After the Integration Is Set Up?

Leads are not automatically forwarded once the integration is set up. You have full control over which leads are forwarded.

You have two options:

Manually: Select the leads you want to forward from the Leadinfo inbox.

Automatically: Set up a trigger with criteria for the companies you want to forward, such as companies from a specific branche or with a certain revenue.

This ensures that only the leads relevant to your organization are forwarded.

 

Can Leads Be Forwarded to My CRM System Retroactively?

No, leads cannot be forwarded to your CRM system retroactively. The integration works live, meaning only website visitors who visit your site after the integration is established are forwarded in real-time. If you wish to transfer important leads from before the integration, you can manually export and import them into your CRM system, depending on your CRM’s capabilities.
